David Moore, Associate Broker

Greetings, I'm David Moore, an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker. I was born and raised right outside of Washington D.C. at Andrews Airforce Base, Maryland, and have been living and working in the "DMV" area since the 1980s.

Before entering the real estate industry in 2010, I honed my skills in commission-based retail sales and training. My hard work and dedication led me to become a store manager of a large retailer in Tysons Corner that generated over $100 million in sales annually. My passion for commission-based sales and providing high-end client care allowed me to easily transition into real estate sales. I have since proven myself as a top 1% agent at every brokerage I have been affiliated with.

I am enthusiastic about all aspects of real estate and possess extensive knowledge in a wide range of areas, including home renovations, land acquisitions, new construction, multi-family home sales, long-term rentals, and short-term rentals such as Airbnb. As a testament to my expertise, I have a personal interest in multiple short-term rentals.

My passion for photography and video creation enables me to bring a creative approach to my work, and I always strive to stay ahead of the curve in terms of social media and cutting-edge technology. My goal is to add value to my clients' bottom line by leveraging the latest tools and trends in the industry.
